First of all, I would like to tell you that you are NOT alone. We are people who go through life every day dealing with pain. My story starts back in 2010.
Growing up I had never had any serious health problems. I was an active young boy climbing trees, biking with friends, and even indulging in photography (one of my favorite passions in life). All of that changed in October of 2010. I hyper-extended my knee getting into a car. No doctor would hear me when I expressed how much pain I was, and am, dealing with daily.
Five years later in October 2015 I met with an orthopedist for the first time after consistent encouragement from my wife. My wife and I were so grateful to finally be receiving help. The doctor explained that I needed a simple surgery, and would be up and running in no time! We thought we had the answer, and things would soon be much better. Little did we know the nightmare had only just begun.
During the course of the last year (2015-2016) I have had several knee surgeries, a blood clot, and quite literally broke my back. While I have had medical treatment, answers are still yet to be acquired. Insurance plays a lovely game, that’s for sure.
The Lord and my wife have been my steady rock through this all. Kimberly has been there for me through every step of the process. Part of this means caring for me when I can’t care for myself. Unfortunately, this also means taking time from work to care for me, which has impacted our finances. We have done our best to keep afloat, but any kind of savings we once had have been used to cover expenses in the last year.
To sum everything up, I want you to know that you are not alone. While I believe I have an intense story, I am sure that over the course of my blog I will meet people whose day to day life is more intense then mine. However, without causing this to be a blog about who has more pain, my intentions are for us to learn about homeopathic solutions and learn about how to just live life to the fullest.
Personally, I want you to feel like you can be free an open about your personal experiences. Additionally, my main goal is for you to learn to live. ‘Suffer.Live’ simply is a representation of people who suffer, but still fight through this journey we call life. We are strong, and pain will not bring us down. You are still a human, and I care about you.
Please, if you have any questions, or need someone to talk to, I am here for you. While I may not have all the answers, I may be able to help you to resources or someone who may be able to help.
God Bless Brothers & Sisters.
